Import from File and add in Safe Sender List

If you want to export a list of safe email addresses to Outlook, start by shadowing the recipient email addresses. You can then import them into your safe list.

Select your Microsoft Word email template file from the computer location and click open. Click import to add existing contacts. This feature is available in more recent versions of Word.

  • Open the message from the sender you want to add to the whitelist.
  • Click the three-dot on the right top corner of the screen.
  • Click Add to Safe senders.
  • Select OKto complete, from now onwards sender you added to the Safe Senders list.

Why You Need to add the Email address to Whitelist in Outlook

Recently, one of my friends asked me why I need to add an email address to Whitelist in Outlook even when it is not in the blocked list. Usually, Outlook is designed to prevent your mailbox from unnecessary junk emails and blocks them, ultimately sending them to your Junk Mail folder.
