Why You Need to add the Email address to Whitelist in Outlook

Recently, one of my friends asked me why I need to add an email address to Whitelist in Outlook even when it is not in the blocked list. Usually, Outlook is designed to prevent your mailbox from unnecessary junk emails and blocks them, ultimately sending them to your Junk Mail folder.

Adding those email addresses and domains will provide your customers with a trusted certificate which in turn will make landing the message normally on their inbox without any interference by institutes.

The list is used to automatically download images in messages from senders. The default is set not to do that due to privacy reasons.
