- Open Outlook >> Click on Home Tab from the top left-hand corner of the screen.

If you want to export a list of safe email addresses to Outlook, start by shadowing the recipient email addresses. You can then import them into your safe list.

Select your Microsoft Word email template file from the computer location and click open. Click import to add existing contacts. This feature is available in more recent versions of Word.

- Open the message from the sender you want to add to the whitelist.
- Click the three-dot on the right top corner of the screen.
- Click Add to Safe senders.
- Select OKto complete, from now onwards sender you added to the Safe Senders list.
Why You Need to add the Email address to Whitelist in Outlook
