Microsoft Outlook 365, is a server-based platform, connecting to the Internet is mandatory to get access to your data because all of the information you enter will be saved and filed in the cloud and synchronized with other devices linked to this account.
If outside of internet connectivity, like with an old Outlook application, all the data is stored locally on your computer directly.
When one adds their email account to Outlook, a copy of the information is stored locally. These offline files can be opened in files which have stored all of your Outlook items (.pst).

What is Outlook Data File (.pst)?
Personal Storage Table files are designated to receive email messages and other related items on your computer. What is Offline Outlook Data File (.ost)?

Where Does Outlook Store Emails?
You can find stored files quickly following these steps:
- Open Microsoft Outlook
- Click on Info >> Account setting >> Manage Profile
- Click Data File from the account settings dialog box >> Click Open File Location.
- You will be forwarded to the specific location of your computer hardware where your files are stored.
Some of these files might be hidden, so you may need to turn on the option to show hidden files and folders before you can locate the files.
Where Does Outlook Store Signatures?
The Outlook signature has an image and text included in it. Where Outlook Files Are Stored Alongside, the icon of the app from where one sent the email is also shown. The email signature also includes additional links if any.
An Outlook signature usually saved in Outlook itself where it can be reused in every email message you create, reply to or forward.
If you want to get your commonly-used Outlook signatures, you can find them all in the Signature folder, which you can export.
Copy the path using (Ctrl + C) and paste using (Ctrl + V) in the address bar of any folder:
